Scientific Name: Fittonia 'Angel Wings'
Our Nerve Plant comes in a 12cm Nursery Pot.
The Nerve Plant gets its name from the variety of veins or 'nerves' running through each leaf. As an easy care plant, the Nerve Plant makes a great gift or starter plant.
The trailing nature of the plant can lead to the plant looking a little 'leggy' or scraggly. To create a fuller, bushier plant, prune the tips of the Nerve Plant.
This is a great counter top plant for bathrooms or kitchens, where the humidity level is naturally high. Looks great in sets of 2 or 3 as well, as a duo or trio.
Also available potted in a 13cm Terracotta Pot with matching drip tray.
Follow these instructions to keep your Nerve Plant healthy and happy.
Water: Water moderately and let soil dry out a little between waterings
Light: Bright, indirect light is best. Will lose pink colouring in lower light.
Humidity: Flourishes in high humidity settings - mist as needed
Fertilize: Feed the Fittonia about every two weeks when it is actively growing with diluted fertilizer.
