We use a network of vetted couriers to safely deliver your order. The costs and delivery times are as follows:
Collections: 6 Roodehek Street, Gardens, Cape Town
No Charge. We'll notify you once your order is ready, usually 1-2 days from order.
Cape Town & Surrounds
R50 fee, delivery usually within 2-4 working days from order.
Major Centers (Jhb, Dbn etc)
R85 fee, delivery usually within 4-7 working days from order.
Regional Areas (e.g. Hermanus)
R100 fee, delivery 2-5 days from order (CPT regional), 4-5 days (rest of SA)
LARGE PLANTS (20cm nursery pot and above)
A custom shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your address and number of items selected.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to rural areas, such as farms.
Our system calculates shipping based on the content of your cart. For any standard items which are not Large Plants, our standard and competitive shipping rates apply.
If your calculated shipping fees are higher than our standard shipping rates, then it is likely that you have added one or more Large Plants to your Cart. Larger items are more costly to ship, and we absorb some of these additional fees so as not to unnecessarily increase the cost of our plants.

We are unable to accept returns on Plants, due to the nature of the product. If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your Plant after your purchase in store or upon receipt, please email us a picture within 24 hours and we'll gladly send you a replacement plant, at no extra cost. Or offer you a refund.
Pots, Tools & Supplies
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all other merchandise. If you'd like to return an item, please notify us via email and we'll gladly arrange a courier to collect the product from you.
We'll refund you the cost of the product, less the return courier fee, provided that we receive the products in their original packaging and in a resale-able condition.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, the worlds leading eCommerce platform and payments on our site are facilitated by PayFast (www.payfast.co.za), South Africa's leading payment gateway.
PayFast is super safe because:
- they are PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant (the most rigorous payment safety standard)
- they use extended validation SSL with 256-bit encryption (safer than most big banks!)
Absolutely! Your Plant will arrive in excellent condition for the following reasons:
1. We only work with couriers that understand that Plants are fragile and that are able to handle your order with care.
2. We have designed custom packaging that protects our Plants during their commute and allows them to breathe freely.
3. We only stock plants which are comfortably able to manage the commute to you.
Don't Stress! In most cases, Plants that are unhappy might just need an adjustment in their care - more/less water, some fertilizer or a change in lighting conditions - all easily fixed.
