Cederberg foothills rooibos tea is a great addition to breakfast or as a midmorning pick-me-up. Soft tannins, a round mouthfeel, and a lingering finish complement the tea's subtle aromas of baked goods and confectionary.
The Cederberg Foothills Rooibos tea is so named for the Ra’[s growing location on the west ridge of the Olifants Valley. This unique location is exposed to the cooling afternoon breezes that lend to a slower-maturing rooibos leaf.
Sunbird is the first to release a range of single-origin Rooibos teas. Sunbird Rooibos is still the only company in the world that sells organically grown Rooibos tea from a single source. These teas, which aren't blended or flavour-added, represent the distinctive growing environments of their suppliers, which are characterised by climate, soil, and biodiversity. Based on how well they did before, they made a line of Rooibos blends with only natural ingredients, providing you with a delicious and quality product.
HOW TO BREW
Follow these guidelines for the best taste.
- Boil vigorously on a stovetop kettle for 2-4 minutes for best results.
- If you prefer, you can also let it steep in hot water for 6 to 8 minutes in a cup.
This Rooibos is best enjoyed without the addition of milk or sugar, at least for the first taste.
